By accessing this School or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this School are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only.
This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; or

The Conscious Peach makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
All products, programs, and services are for educational and informational purposes only.
There are no guarantees of results or earnings.
Our programs and coaching are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or legal advice.
The Conscious Peach reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
5. Refunds, Right of Withdrawal (EU), and Cancellations
5.1 Digital Products (instant access)
All sales are final. Due to the immediate, irrevocable access to digital content (including but not limited to online courses, masterclasses, recordings, downloads, and members-only materials), no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access is granted.
By purchasing digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, you expressly consent to the immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Economic Code.
5.2 Coaching & Live Services
By purchasing coaching or live services, you expressly request that the service begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has begun, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Article VI.53, 1° of the Belgian Economic Code.
All coaching payments become non-refundable once the first element of service has started, including but not limited to:
- receipt of onboarding materials, welcome emails, or preparatory forms;
- scheduling or confirmation of the first session;
- delivery of any personalized resources or private access links.
If you withdraw before the service has begun and have not received any of the above, you may exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days by contacting us at info@theconsciouspeach.co

In that case, a full refund will be issued.
5.3 Group Programs
For hybrid or group programs that include digital materials and live sessions, access to the digital area constitutes the start of service as per 5.1, and attendance or availability of live sessions triggers 5.2.
5.4 Payment Plans
Selecting a payment plan is a commitment to complete all installments in full.
Installments cannot be cancelled due to dissatisfaction, lack of participation, or change of circumstances.
Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access and collection of outstanding balances.
5.5 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us constitutes a breach of these Terms.
We reserve the right to provide proof of delivery and recover any fees, costs, and damages arising from improper chargebacks.
5.6 Consent at Checkout
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.
You expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access is provided or the service has begun, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian Economic Code VI.53.
6. Privacy and GDPR Compliance
We collect personal data (such as email addresses and billing information) solely to process orders and deliver purchased services.
Your data is protected and processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are displayed in USD or EUR.
Applicable taxes (including VAT) may be automatically calculated and added at checkout depending on your country of residence.
The final total amount, including taxes, will always appear before confirming payment.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
